HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDERS

We partner with Shiprocket, a leading Indian shipping and logistics platform that aggregates multiple courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and other trusted carriers . This allows us to choose the best shipping option based on your location, ensuring your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Once you place an order, our team carefully packs your items, generates the shipping label automatically through Shiprocket, and dispatches your package within 1-2 business days . You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

SHIPPING CHARGES – HOW WE CALCULATE

Shipping charges are calculated based on three factors:

  1. Weight of the package (including product weight + packaging materials)

  2. Delivery location (local, regional, or national zone)

  3. Shipping method (standard or express)

Shiprocket calculates shipping costs based on weight slabs . Here are approximate charges you can expect:

WHAT YOU PAY AS A CUSTOMER

The shipping charge displayed at checkout is what you pay. This amount already includes:

  • The forward shipping cost charged by Shiprocket

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) on shipping charges 

Shiprocket, being a registered GST taxpayer (GSTIN: 06AAECB7131Q1CP), charges GST on shipping services . As a seller, we pass this exact amount to you—we do not add any extra markup on shipping. The shipping charge shown during checkout is the final amount collected, which includes all applicable taxes.

Important: We do not profit from shipping charges. The amount you pay is what we pay to Shiprocket to deliver your order.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹3499. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping charges apply as calculated at checkout.

Free shipping is automatically applied—no coupon code needed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Real-time updates on your shipment status

  • Delivery attempts notifications

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for eligible pincodes. A nominal COD charge of ₹150 applies to cover the additional handling fees charged by Shiprocket for COD orders. This charge includes applicable GST and is clearly shown at checkout .

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order is processed and handed over to Shiprocket, we cannot change the delivery address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be subject to reverse shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund .

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship within India. For international inquiries, please contact us at saundaryafashionandco@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Recent government reforms have simplified postal exports, making international shipping more accessible for small businesses . We hope to offer international shipping soon!

DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

While we pack each item with care—especially fragile items like jewelry and shoes —occasionally packages may be damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Refuse delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged

  2. Open and inspect immediately upon delivery

  3. Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at saundaryafashionandco@gmail.com

We will file a claim with Shiprocket and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

RETURNS & REVERSE SHIPPING

If you are returning an eligible item (as per our Return Policy), return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product.

Shiprocket charges for reverse logistics similar to forward shipping . These costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable, or you may choose to arrange your own courier. Please contact us before shipping any return.

PRICE TRANSPARENCY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

We comply with all applicable Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020 . This means:

  • All shipping charges are displayed clearly and upfront at checkout

  • No hidden costs are added after payment

  • Taxes are included in the displayed amount

  • You have the right to clear information about total costs before placing your order
