How do I place an order on Saundarya?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections of clothing, bags, shoes, jewelry, and handmade crafts. Select your desired items, choose size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, click the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Follow the simple steps to enter your details and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available). All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled only if they haven’t been processed for shipping yet. Once an order is processed or shipped, changes aren’t possible. Please email us immediately at saundaryafashionandco@gmail.com with your order number and request, and we’ll do our best to help.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, a GST invoice will be sent to your email address once your order is confirmed. You’ll also find it in your account dashboard under order history.
Do you offer pre- orders?
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders on our website. All items shown are in stock and ready to ship unless clearly marked otherwise. This ensures you receive your beautiful pieces as quickly as possible without waiting periods.
However, we occasionally announce upcoming collections on our Instagram @saundaryafashion. If you’d like to be the first to know about new arrivals and future launches, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media!
Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Absolutely! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your data. We do not store your full card details on our servers—all payment information goes directly to our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. Your security is as important to us as the perfect outfit.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight and delivery location. Charges typically range from ₹40 to ₹190. The exact amount is displayed clearly at checkout before you pay. We offer FREE shipping on orders above ₹3499.
What is your COD charge?
For Cash on Delivery orders, a nominal COD charge of ₹150 applies. This covers the additional handling fees charged by our shipping partner Shiprocket for cash collection, secure remittance, and insurance. The amount includes applicable GST and is shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

Do you ship internationally?

What if my package is lost or delay?
We know how exciting it is to receive your Saundarya order, and we understand how frustrating delays or lost packages can be. Here’s what to do:
For Delayed Packages:
Most delays are due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or high volume during peak seasons. You can track your package using the link sent via email and SMS. If your package is significantly beyond the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us at saundaryafashionandco@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate with Shiprocket immediately.
For Lost Packages:
If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

Look around your delivery address for any safe drop spots

Contact the courier partner directly using the tracking details
If the package is confirmed lost by the courier partner:

We will file a claim with Shiprocket on your behalf

We have a limited return policy to protect our small business. Most items are final sale. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies as returnable (not final sale), you would need to return the original item (at your cost) and place a new order for the desired size. Please contact us first to check availability.
Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
