• Photos clearly showing the damage/defect

• A brief description

We’ll review and provide instructions. If approved, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies as returnable (not final sale), you would need to return the original item (at your cost) and place a new order for the desired size. Please contact us first to check availability.

Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days), approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
